Something to Do

Take a brain break! ​

A while ago we talked about a 1 minute movement break. Another way to refocus and recharge is to take a brain break.

I recommend experimenting with these techniques over the next week and once you’ve found the one that works for you, put a cue in your working environment to encourage you to engage (e.g. your art materials, a timer, a kettlebell etc.)
