Food brings pleasure. It can also bring guilt. Our relationship with food is certainly complex. The question posed in this interview with Vogue was, can you eat yourself happy? Can what we eat really affect our mood? 

It has been shown that there are clear links between your diet and mood, and key to understanding that is delving into the connection between the brain and the gut.
