Media: Patient - Encouraging children to develop healthy habits

Online advice and guidance website, Patient, provides evidence-based information on a wide range of medical and health topics to patients and health professionals worldwide. I recently featured in an article about how we can help our children adopt healthy habits. 

Just like learning to brush our teeth, tie our shoelaces and make our beds, healthy habits can also be thought of from an early age. However, so too can unhealthy ones.
