Maintaining motivation during the lockdown, a podcast

I had an absolute blast chatting to James of Betterspace (an amazing positive mental wellbeing company who I have helped design their digital wellbeing programme to maximise long term healthy habits in employees. They are currently working on a free offering to help support companies at this time, so I recommend checking them out).

I give some practical advice we can all use to feel better whilst isolating and working from home in terms of physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing.
