Bite Sized Habits Newsflash; something to read, watch or try

If you want to stay informed on the latest evidence-based ways to support your healthy habits you can join the weekly Bite-Sized Habits newsletter here

“The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.”
Samuel Johnson

I've compiled another list of health habit insights for you to try, watch or read. Don't pressure yourself to get through them all. My suggestion is that you pick the one that really resonates with you and simply absorb it. Let it sit with you for a while and hopefully, it will then inspire you or guide you towards making a change that feels right for you.

Something to read:

If you fancy delving into behaviour change on a deeper level, The Power of Habit by Charles Duigg is a fascinating insight into why we behave the way we do and how to change our habits for the better.

Something to watch:

Are you stretching yourself too thin? Eliminate the non-essential - our lives are too cluttered with "shoulds" - let's focus on what's most important.
P.S. I love the book on this too!

Something to try:

Give yourself credit: Create a daily credit list where you write down about five things you’ve done today that you can give yourself credit for. Then think about how these actions relate to the type of person you are.

I hope these give you something to think about. If you've enjoyed them and you'd like to receive my newsletter directly to your inbox, you can sign up here.
