Healthy Habits Series Overview
This intimate, intelligently crafted, evidence-based, 3-part series will take participants on a journey through habit change from mental mindset to physical habits. Supporting those involved to break through their barriers for change and learn the key tactics they need to get the mindset for success and stick to their goals.
Topics will include:
o Small changes big results - how to make healthy habits that last (13th September)
o Smart Fuel - From mindless to mindful eating (9th October)
o The art and science of kindness and why it’s the most important habit for your health and happiness (6th November)
Each participant will also take away their own bespoke healthy habit resource pack to support their ongoing healthy habit journey.
