I was honoured to speak at Blackhawk Network for Reinvent Lifestyle where we discussed the behavioural science behind what it takes to create healthy habits that last.
We reviewed the "No pain no gain" mindset and how unhelpful this is for long term success, talked about the myth that it takes 21 days to form a habit, and finally we discussed how headphone tangles and bricks are key to unravelling unhealthy/unhelpful habits and creating new ones.
